• You have 2 years to redeem the card at any Iberostar hotel in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Brazil and Jamaica.
• Redeemable for stays on sale through the Iberostar Contact Center.
• Remember that the card is not linked to your name, which means you can transfer it or give it to someone else. 
• The Iberostar card cannot be resold and is non-refundable. It cannot be returned or exchanged for money either in full amount or partly. 

REDEEMING CONDITIONS

• Can be combined with other offers that are not subject to a promotional code.
• Can not be combined with the PARTNER offers and The Club reservations.
• Only applicable to new bookings at the current rate. 
•  Not applicable to Pay at the Hotel rate in Mexico.

• To redeem it, you must have your Iberostar Card reference number in hand.
• The Iberostar Card can be used on one single booking (only one reference number can be used per booking).
• Can not be redeemed for hotel services directly (massage, parking, etc.), nor for Local Experience offers.
